Information!
Hikers, when planning to check out the route, please make sure you’re only using marked paths. Be careful when crossing pastures and be mindful about animals’ behaviour. Always keep your dogs leashed when crossing such areas. Make sure the only print you leave on the trails is the one coming from your shoes. Pick up your trash and always carry poop bags for your dogs.

Mandatory safety equipment

Life jacket (PFD) – mandatory for everyone on the water, regardless of swimming ability

Safety Leash – connects your leg to the SUP board to prevent the board from floating away if you fall

Paddle - adapted to your height (for SUP it should be about 20 cm higher than you)
Water clothing and footwear:

Swimsuit or shorts – quick-drying materials

Water shoes – rubber neoprene sneakers or water shoes
Useful equipment:

Dry bag – keep your phone, keys and dry clothes in it

Water – at least 0.5l, preferably in a bottle that can be attached to a board or kayak

Waterproof phone case – allows you to take pictures and make calls without the risk of submersion

Sunscreen – waterproof, with a high SPF factor

Hiking equipment:
Sports shoes (thicker sole sneakers), light clothing (short-sleeved T-shirt, shorts or tracksuit, water, hat (optional)
